The company's mission is to promote the idea of lifelong learning. KCKC Solutions supports the improvement of lifelong qualifications and the enhancement of the role of non-formal and informal education through the formation of interests and the development of general mental wellbeing. The company is experienced in designing comprehensive educational pathways that activate and integrate participants into society through comprehensive support: - psychological support (diagnosis and strengthening of resources and potential) - career guidance (diagnosis of predispositions, qualifications and vocational skills a well as possibilities for retraining) - mentoring and job placement (preparation for active entry into the labour market) - vocational courses and training with certification (enabling people to improve their qualifications or retrain) - job placements
Using such structured learning pathways promotes active professional inclusion as well as develops and strengthens entrepreneurship. The company has numerous contacts and a database of local companies and entrepreneurs which supports the development of project participants. KCKC Solutions has a well developed network of associates who are qualified experts in psychology, career counselling, coaching, mentoring, mediation, training and vocational courses. In its activities, the organisation supports people from vulnerable backgrounds (unemployed, young people, NEETs, people with disabilities, migrants, people with low levels of education, seniors) to unlock their potential. The organisation has experience in projects co-financed by the European Union.
